Celebrate 20-Year Anniversary of ESPN NFL 2K5 by Updating Those Rosters One More Time

There are a couple really big anniversaries this year that deserve a deeper breakdown by me at some point, but for now it’s at least worth remembering this is the 20-year anniversary for NFL 2K5.

The game continues to live on in various forms even if 2K itself continues to play games with the franchise and toy with our emotions. The Resurrected mod is one of the big ones, but beyond the mods, OS user packers always lets us know about the updated rosters that hit for each season.

They have been up on the forums for a bit now, and what’s nice is you can use these on the Xbox, PS2, PS3, and Xemu. You have all the “normal” platforms being supported more or less if you’re still getting a hankering for some 2K football.

ESPN NFL 2K5 Rosters For 2024-25 Season

The 2024-25 season is upon us with preseason almost in the books. We (BAD_AL and I) have been collaborating and retooling a little.

The Week 1 Rosters include all of the usual updates with a few new entries included with this roster release. Previous cyberface + portraits have been retired and we are using the Madden Ratings site player photos with this release. A lot of time has been put into ensuring player skin, photo and other attributes are accurate.
