Dakar Desert Rally Classics Vehicle Pack #1, Performance Mode & More Available Today - Patch Notes

Saber Interactive released Classics Vehicle Pack #1 for Dakar Desert Rally today featuring the all-wheel-drive 1986 Porsche 959 and six-wheel 1986 Tatra 815. The pack is a free download for Season Pass subscribers or can be purchased separately for $9.99.

The team also released Dakar Desert Rally patch 1.9 adding performance mode on Xbox One X and Xbox Series S. The update improves frame rate performance on all platforms, adds multiple language packs and quite a few visual improvements. Check out the patch notes below.

• Quality improvements:
  • Multiple visual improvements and tweaks, including headlight shadows, increased terrain texture resolution, improved cockpit mirror quality on next-gen consoles and PC, enhanced shadow quality and resolution scaling on consoles.

  • Portuguese-Brazilian

General

• Fuel consumption has been adjusted in Trucks to give them a wider range of travel.

• Resolved the issue of crashing in the garage.
• Resolved issues with cloud save issues.
• Improved Steering Wheel Wizard’s compatibility for brands without official support.
