While playing Ultimate Team in EA FC 25, you are bound to receive tons of duplicate cards from packs and rewards. Thankfully, a new system allows you to store these duplicate player cards to use later in Squad Building Challenges (SBCs). SBC Storage is a new feature introduced in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team that stockpiles identical cards received from packs.
Where To Find Duplicates In EA FC 25 Ultimate Team
The untradable duplicate cards you receive in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team can be stored and found in the SBC Storage. This storage can stock up to 100 untradable players regardless of rarity and rating, and you can access it to complete various Squad Building Challenges (SBCs). You cannot find these duplicate cards directly from the Squad section in Clubs. Instead, select any empty SBC puzzle piece to see all the cards currently stocked in the SBC Storage.
How To Store And Access SBC Storage Cards In EA FC 25 Ultimate Team
Using untradable duplicates to complete SBCs is a conventional method to improve your team in EA FC 25. You can access the SBC Storage by visiting any Squad Building Challenges. Open the menu displayed in the image above and scroll to the SBC Storage section. Sort the filter from Rating High-to-Low to see the highest-rated fodder cards first. From here, you can select the cards required to complete SBC puzzles.
After receiving untradable duplicate players from packs, send them to the storage for future use. Remember, you won’t be able to stock up on cards after the 100-player threshold is met. In that case, try to use the extra untradable players in repeatable SBCs like the 77+ Player or 80+ Gold Rare Upgrades. It is best to treat the SBC Storage as a limited inventory, that way you can only stock up on the cards required for completing favorable puzzles.
How To Properly Manage Your SBC Storage
In terms of managing your SBC Storage, the best idea is to be ready to complete any surprise Party Bag SBC released by EA. Usually, Icon and Hero player SBCs are released on the weekends, so you can ideally stockpile high-rated fodder cards in the Duplicate Storage. This new storage system helps players to plan for bigger SBCs. Additionally, you won’t have to quick sell untradable duplicate cards like previous editions.
Depending on the flow of the content — for example, if there’s a repeatable 82×12 SBC or an 83×10 SBC — I recommend storing 85, 84, and 83-rated untradable duplicate players in bulk. Similarly, if you are completing multiple puzzles for an Icon card like Jairzinho, storing 90, 89, and 88-rated fodder cards is the best option to finish challenges over a longer period.
How To Use SBC Storage Duplicates For Evolutions
You can also store unique and in-demand Gold/Silver/Bronze meta cards for future Evolution chains. For instance, being an Arsenal fan, I stored an untradable Ethan Nwaneri bronze card which I can now use to chain in specific Evolutions to make them fit for my dream team. This is an efficient method to stock up on players that might otherwise be of little use to your squad, but are prime candidates for whatever Evolution is out that week.
