For the first time, players could compete as one of the 20 F1 drivers, an F2 up-and-comer or a legendary icon in the revamped Career mode. Lewis Hamilton emerged as the most popular F1 driver, followed by Charles Leclerc and four time World Champion Max Verstappen. Oliver Bearman and Ayrton Senna topped preferences in F2 and Icon categories respectively.

Bahrain, Melbourne and Jeddah ranked as fan-favorite circuits, with traditional tracks dominating player choices. Brits, Americans and Germans proved the fastest, while the UK, Italy and France triggered the most red flags. Globally, 31 million DNFs kept the action as unpredictable as the real sport.

Fans embraced the new live service model, engaging in themed challenges celebrating F1’s past, present and future. Oscar Piastri’s Pro Challenge at the Circuit of the Americas, Charles Leclerc’s Challenge Career and the 1991 Brazilian Grand Prix with Lando Norris emerged as favorites.
