EA Sports Hosting Madden Bowl in New Orleans on February 7

EA Sports is hosting the Madden Bowl in New Orleans on February 7, streamed live on Twitch and YouTube, just before Super Bowl LIX. Madden Bowl will once again determine the Madden NFL Championship Series (MCS) champion, as the top Madden NFL 25 players compete for a portion of the $1 million USD prize pool.

Here’s what fans can look forward to: 

  • Madden NFL Esports Championship: The stakes are higher than ever as the top two Madden NFL 25 players face off for $1 million in prizing on center stage at the legendary Orpheum Theater in front of hundreds of fans.

  • The Biggest Weekend in Sports: As part of an ongoing multi-year partnership with the NFL, Madden Bowl activations give football fans new ways to experience their favorite sport and build hype for Sunday’s big game.

The Madden Bowl held last year became the most-watched football esports competition ever, drawing hundreds of live fans in Las Vegas and surpassing 99,000 peak viewers online—marking a 130% increase compared to the previous year.
