EA Sports UFC 4 added Jack Della Maddalena, Erin Blanchfield and Brandon Royval to the roster today. The update arrives after adding Dricus Du Plessis and Khalil Rountree Jr. last month.
It’s great to see the team continuing to add fighters to the game. Just in case you missed it, they provided an update on future tuners as they shift their priority to UFC 5 or whatever they are going to call it.
UFC 4 will have reduced cadence for tunersets that update fighter ratings and more. In the past, these tunersets would happen after every UFC Pay Per View event, but now they will occur alongside each new fighter patch.
As the development team continues to work on updating fighter ratings as well as adding new fighters themselves, you’ll see the same additions and updates to the game, just in a reduced cadence. Now, alongside each new fighter coming into UFC 4, you’ll see any appropriate tuners come in as well.
Hopefully this means we start hearing more about the future EA Sports UFC title soon.
