EA has announced their Hard Chargers Content Pack, the second DLC for EA Sports WRC 24’s Season Expansion, on March 25. This update will bring a mix of classic and modern rally moments, covering the FIA World Rally Championship’s history from the 1970s to today.
Players will navigate new routes through snow and gravel, tackling Sweden’s icy winter conditions in Umeå and testing their skills on the rocky mountain roads of Harvati, Greece.
The pack introduces six new cars: ’21 Hyundai i200 Coupe WRC, Ford Escort RS 1600 MK1, Renault Clio Rally3, Renault Clio Rally4, ’99 Ford Focus WRC and Opel Corsa Rally4. Alongside the vehicles, players will get access to 18 additional liveries, including the Peugeot 206 Rally design and two new liveries for the Ford Focus RS Rally.
Hard Chargers also features 16 new moments from WRC history, letting players relive key victories on the virtual stage. They can take on challenges like recreating the Ford Fiesta Rally3’s 2022 Junior WRC win in Sweden, the Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC’s battle in Spain from 2021 and a high-speed fight for victory in Rally Finland with the Ford Escort RS 1600 MK1.
