EA Sports has released a new update for EA Sports WRC, addressing minor issues that were not included in the 2.20 patch due to time constraints. Patch 2.21 includes fixes for the Citroën C3 WRC and Volkswagen Polo R WRC 2017, as well as improvements to specific locations and other minor adjustments. Full patch notes are available below.

Fixed an issue in which the driver’s feet were not moving correctly when driving in interior views.
Cars
- Citroën C3 WRC – Fixed an issue in which black patches would appear on the car when the rear bodywork is damaged.
- Citroën DS3 WRC ’12 – Fixed an issue in which the lamp pods remained on the car during collision scenarios where they should be knocked off.
- Volkswagen Polo R WRC 2017 – Fixed an issue in which this car was incorrectly named as the Volkswagen Polo R WRC 2013 on some screens.
Clubs
- Fixed an issue in which the game would crash if a player progressed to the Service Area after receiving Terminal Damage.
- Addressed an issue in which players could repair their car multiple times within a single Service Area period.
