EA has posted a new EA Sports WRC video showcasing the talents of British Circuit Racing driver Abbie Eaton and the 2023 British Rally Champion and WRC driver Adrien Fourmaux. The ‘Rally versus Racing’ content offers players a unique opportunity to step outside the virtual realm and gain valuable insights into the intricacies of mastering a rally car. It also provides a glimpse into the intense challenges faced by both the driver and co-driver during competitions set in some of the most demanding terrains.
As a beginner in the world of off-road multi-surface racing, Abbie is given a training session both in the digital realm and real life with the assistance of Adrien Fourmaux, a competitor in the 2023 WRC. Utilizing EA Sports WRC as a learning tool, the current GT driver takes on a series of challenges designed to prepare her for her inaugural rally stage. These challenges range from grasping the art of a successful launch from the starting line to mastering the intricacies of pace notes. Abbie gains a well-rounded understanding of the co-driver’s responsibilities before she eventually swaps positions with the reigning British Rally Champion.
EA Sports WRC is scheduled to release on November 3 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC. All players that pre-order will get three days of early access starting October 31 and five VIP passes, each containing additional post-launch content, vanity packs consisting of liveries and apparel.
