eFootball Update 4.0.0 Adds New Finesse Dribble, Physical Contact Improvements, Smart Assist and More

The new eFootball update 4.0.0 has arrived today adding a new finesse dribble, physical contact improvements, a trial version of their new Smart Assist control type and more. Unfortunately, there’s still no official word on Master League or Edit Mode since the game released back in 2021.

Smart Assist is a new control feature introduced on a trial basis in version 4.0.0. This option offers automated assistance with match controls, like adjusting shot power or dribble direction based on the in-game situation. It simplifies gameplay, allowing you to enjoy matches without the need to master complex commands. However, since it’s a trial feature, the modes and Events where Smart Assist can be used are currently limited. Currently Smart Assist is playable in the following modes.
