Codemasters and EA have announced their F1 22 sports livery update will arrive on October 31. As part of the authentication process, all teams, including the new FIA world champions, Red Bull, will receive a variety of updates to their cars, including changes to their bodywork, sponsors, colors and more. We’ve posted some screenshots below.
The Da de Muertos livery will be available this weekend before the Mexico Grand Prix. Players can also redeem for free an Alice in Wonderland-inspired Halloween set that includes car livery, helmet, suit, and gloves from October 31 to December 5 to celebrate the spooky season.
“With each race, F1 Teams are constantly evolving their car liveries and designs. This year we have been working harder than ever to deliver a wide range of upgrades for every team on the grid, to ensure that our sports update is our biggest and most authentic to date, bringing our players closer than ever to the real thing,” said Paul Jeal, Senior Director F1 Franchise at Codemasters. “We hope fans also enjoy some of the festive items we have included this time around.”
In collaboration with official Formula 1 experts, the studio has also released its third Driver Ratings update, with Nicholas Latifi and Sergio Perez showing overall improvements
