F1 23 Gameplay Video - Las Vegas

EA and Formula 1 have revealed a three lap race at Las Vegas with F1 23. Using thousands of reference photos and extensive photogrammetry data, the studio meticulously constructed the Las Vegas Strip Circuit from scratch. The circuit’s design incorporates three straight sections, a sequence of high-speed corners and a single chicane section. With average speeds comparable to Italy’s renowned Autodromo Nazionale Monza, often referred to as the ‘Temple of Speed,’ drivers in this 6.12km circuit will reach speeds of up to 212 mph. Racing on the Las Vegas Strip, amidst world-famous landmarks, casinos and resorts, adds an extra layer of excitement and challenge to this high-stakes track.

“Our team has designed a wonderful virtual recreation of one of the most exciting and striking cities in the world. The sheer scale and density of the buildings in Las Vegas has been a fun challenge for the team along with the vibrance and energy of The Strip lit up for the Saturday night race. It took over 1900 days of cumulative development time to deliver that level of authenticity”, said Lee Mather, Senior Creative Director at Codemasters.

In honor of the iconic track, exclusive Las Vegas-themed items, such as a special livery, helmet, gloves and hat, will be offered as time-limited rewards for those who pre-order the F1 23 Champions Edition by May 31.

F1 23 will release on June 16 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC through Epic Games Store, Steam and the EA App. Players that pre-order the digital-exclusive Champions Edition will get three days of early access on June 13.
