EA has confirmed the first F1 23 real-world challenges and free items for F1 World, the in-game hub connecting drivers with engaging daily, weekly and seasonal content. Players can compete in studio-curated scenarios, multiplayer races, Community Grands Prix and Hot Laps challenges to earn exclusive rewards tied to the 2023 season, including special edition liveries, helmets and race suits. All players logging in during Austria Grand Prix weekend will receive Max Verstappen’s special edition Miami Grand Prix race helmet.
F1 World offers monthly gameplay challenges that push even the most seasoned players. To celebrate the Austrian Grand Prix, compete in a hot lap challenge at the Red Bull Ring and unlock the iconic Oracle Red Bull Racing’s Miami Grand Prix car livery for F1 World and My Team modes. Players can also earn other F1 World items through bronze, silver and gold challenge rewards based on lap time.
Launching in July, the new F1 Replays feature will allow F1 drivers to prove their skills by replaying and controlling any of the 20 drivers in a replica Grand Prix from the previous race. With grid positions identical to the actual race, players can showcase their driving abilities and attempt to match or surpass the performances of the professional drivers. F1® Replays will be available in F1 World after each race weekend. Read the official blog for more details.
