F1 Manager 24 patch 1.11 is set to launch tomorrow, introducing season customization in Create A Team mode. You’ll be able to reshape entire seasons, swap drivers and staff between teams, create your own drivers, crew and much more.
Starting a new Create A Team career in F1 Manager 24 now gives you more control than ever, with a full suite of customization options to shape the grid your way. Want to create your dream driver pairing at Ferrari or see how different drivers and race engineers would work together? You can now modify the lineups for all 10 teams, handpicking drivers and staff or even leaving seats open to let the unpredictability of silly season unfold right before your eyes.
This update takes customization to the next level, allowing you to not only adjust the grid and season structure but also create and personalize your own drivers and staff. You’ll have full control over details like name, age, gender, nationality, marketability, experience, development rate and more. Custom drivers and staff can be added to all 11 teams, meaning you can introduce an entirely fresh roster or blend your creations with existing F1 personnel.
While there’s a cap on the number of new staff you can create, you still have the option to replace the entire grid if you want. Any unused free agents you design will be added to the in-game pool at the start of your career, giving you the chance to introduce future stars or assemble the ultimate championship-winning duo.
The new customization options will let you reorder or remove races from the calendar (minimum of eight per season) and decide which weekends feature Sprint sessions. Whether you want a schedule that favors a specific driving style or one that tests every car’s balance, the choice is yours. For even more replayability, you can randomize the race calendar at the end of each season in Create A Team and Career modes. Keep the current schedule, shuffle about 30% of the races, or fully randomize the order while maintaining the total number of races and Sprint events, ensuring each season feels fresh.
Head over to the blog for more details, including new options for selecting a starting team and the ability to modify rules and regulations. The update will be available tomorrow for PC, Xbox and PlayStation with two free cosmetic DLC packs.
