Team Principals also manage sponsors directly to enhance marketability and attract support.

The new Mentality System offers insight into team members’ personal ambitions and characters. Principals manage personalities with decisions directly impacting drivers and staff morale. Prioritizing one car’s performance risks sparking inter-team rivalries. Neglecting team satisfaction risks talent poaching, disrupting the team’s ascent to success.

Team Principals can extend their legacy by recruiting rising stars through the new Affiliates system. This enables young drivers to pursue their careers in F2 and F3 while receiving training from the player’s F1 team. Fans can experience this sport’s evolution across seasons, choosing to simulate races, switch teams or adjust difficulty settings to plot their path to the top.

With increasing tire wear and temperatures, the risk of incidents rise, requiring players to think tactically to mitigate or capitalize on evolving challenges and mechanical failures. Various immersive camera angles allow players to experience the action firsthand, from the rush of acceleration with Visor-cam to trackside views and the debut of the Heli-cam to enhance realism.

The F1 Manager 24 Deluxe Edition will cost $44.99 with fans who pre-order receiving a 10% discount.
