Playground Games has announced the release date for the Steam version of Forza Horizon 4 is set for March 9. The game originally released on Xbox One and Windows PCs in September of 2018, subsequently releasing an optimization update for Xbox Series X|S users at the next-gen console launch, featuring native 4K resolution at 60 FPS.
While the Steam version will support cross-play, Forza Horizon 4 will not support cross-progression and any save data from the existing version of the game will not carry over to the Steam release, as confirmed by Kotaku.
