The PlayStation 5 edition of Forza Horizon 5, developed by Panic Button in partnership with Turn 10 Studios and Playground Games, will feature the same content as the Xbox and PC versions. All previously released Car Packs, as well as the Hot Wheels and Rally Adventure expansions, will be sold separately.

Alongside the launch of Forza Horizon 5 on PS5, the developers are also working on a special free content update for all platforms called Horizon Realms. This update will allow players to explore a curated selection of fan-favorite Evolving Worlds from past releases, along with additional surprises. More details will be revealed closer to launch.

The team rolled out the Forza Horizon 5 Midnight Muscle update earlier this week, accompanied by the Festival Playlist that kicked off today. Players can earn two reward cars: the 1995 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R and the 2022 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock. Moving forward, players will have the opportunity to vote on content from previous Festival Playlists.

Additionally, the latest update allows players to choose their preferred Start Screen video from a curated selection, replacing the default “Welcome to Mexico” screen. A new Shuffle option was also introduced, automatically selecting a different video each time the game launches.
