Double title matches have been a thing since Roman Reigns became the Undisputed WWE and Universal Champion. Going back to the game, the process is similar to WWE 2K22, and it’s relatively easy to do so. Here’s how you can enable this feature:

1. From the Main Menu, select Play Now.
2. Select your preferred match type and select any venue.
3. Choose your preferred wrestlers on the roster. You can also set up wrestlers who aren’t champions and have them fight for a vacated one.
4. Once done, press R3 on your controller to enable Title Match. You should be able to see Title Match: On at the lower part of the screen.
5. Select the Championship tab.
6. Once you get to this screen, you should see a bunch of titles and their respective holders. Look on the lower part of the screen again and press Square or X (depending on your controller of choice) to enable Double Title Match.
7. Select the championships that you prefer to put on the line.
8. As a result, you’ll see the referee raise both championships during the face-off segment after the wrestlers’ respective entrances.

We tried this ourselves, with Roman being the default holder of the WWE and Universal Championships. Both are always on the line when choosing him in a title match. Instead, you can put another vacant title or have him challenge for another title, such as the Intercontinental Championship.
