How to Do a Respectful Celebration in EA FC 24

Like Jose Mourinho once said: "Respect, respect..."

Sometimes, when you score, you don’t want to do a big grandstanding celebration. If you want to show admiration to your opponents, then here’s how you can do a respectful celebration in EA FC 24.

I’ll be honest, it’s very, very rare that I’m ever doing a respectful celebration on EA FC 24. There’s a higher chance that I’m going to be pulling off a cartwheel or letting my opponent know that I’m in their head by using the Marcus Rashford celebration. This game just makes it impossible for me to be humble when I score.

If you’re a better person than me, however, you may want to ease off and show some class. If that’s what you’re looking for, here’s how to do respectful celebrations in EA FC 24.

How To Do The Show Respect Celebration In EA FC 24

To do the Show Respect celebration in EA FC 24, simply hold down the L1/LB on your PlayStation or Xbox controller, and double-tap circle / B. Your player will stop running, start to walk, and hold their hands up almost apologetically.

You’ll likely have seen this celebration in real life, as players often do it when they score against a team they used to play for. Not everyone buys into that, of course (who could forget Adebayor running the length of the pitch to celebrate in front of the Arsenal support), but it’s a choice that you can make if you want to.

How To Pick Up The Ball In EA FC 24

If you don’t want to celebrate at all, the easiest way to do this is by picking up the ball and running back to the halfway line. Simply make the player you’re controlling run into the net, and they will automatically grab the ball and head back for kick-off.

How To Cancel Celebrations In EA FC 24

If even that is too much, you can simply cancel the celebration altogether by holding R1 and L1 or RB and LB on your PlayStation or Xbox controller respectively. This will cancel it, and send you back for kick-off.
