Is UFL on Steam and PS4?

Finally providing the EA Sports FC games some competition, UFL is out and is free-to-play. However, depending on your platform of choice, you might have to stick with EA’s series as UFL hasn’t launched on every platform you may have hoped. But most players are wondering whether UFL is on Steam and PS4, as well as current-generation consoles.

Is UFL Coming To Steam?

This is where we have some good news for you. While the game is only on console at the moment, leaving PC players unable to experience UFL for themselves, they won’t have to wait forever,

Back in September, the developers of UFL announced that UFL will be coming to PC, albeit not at the same time as it comes to PS5 and the Xbox Series consoles.

They said “The development of UFL for PC gamers is a response to invaluable feedback from its passionate community, who have shown a strong desire to see the game launch on PC, in addition to the already-confirmed PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms,” which shows how keen the UFL community is to see the game launch away from console.

Once it does come to PC, UFL will be available via Steam. There is already a page live on the platform, which doesn’t specify a release date, so we only know it’ll be arriving eventually.

We’d expect UFL to launch on Steam early in 2025, and will update you as soon as the team behind the game announce anything. For now, sit tight and wait for some news via the UFL site or Steam itself.

Is UFL On PS4?

However, for anyone hoping to play UFL on PS4, the news is less positive. While you can jump into the game on PS5 right now if you got in early (December 5 for everyone else), the game is not currently on PS4.

While we know the game will come to Steam eventually, nothing has been said about a potential PS4 launch for UFL. As far as we know, the game is not planned for a launch on older consoles. The studio also hasn’t commented on any PS4 release in the way they did for the upcoming PC release. If that ever changes or the developers announce any plans, we’ll be sure to update you.

For now, if you want to jump into UFL, you’ll have to do so on PS5 or Xbox Series X|S. The game will come to PC via Steam at a later date, after the main console launch.
