Madden and the NFL have announced the $1.7 million Madden NFL 25 Championship Series, where top players will compete in six tournaments, beginning with the ‘Kickoff Classic’ next month and ending with the Madden Bowl in February 2025. Registration is open now for players in the US, UK, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and newly added Australia.
“MCS 25 will build on the momentum of a record-setting MCS 24 season with exciting changes and new experiences for our fans,” said Andrew Echanique, Madden NFL Esports Commissioner, EA. “In continued partnership with the NFL, we’re delivering more opportunities for our players to experience NFL stardom through new ways to compete, watch, and win. We’re looking forward to all of the big plays and game-changing moments on the road to the Madden Bowl.”
MCS 25 follows a record-breaking MCS 24, which saw double the registrations from the previous year. The Madden 24 Bowl set viewership records with over 99,000 peak online viewers, a 130% increase year-over-year. All eyes will be on reigning champion “Henry” as he aims to continue his dominance and add to his career earnings of over $1 million.
