Starting today, a special in-game event allows users to earn points by completing daily missions, which can be exchanged for five Vintage-type players, with the first available at Diamond grade. Players can also earn Skill Change Tickets and Ultimate Trainer Recruit Tickets as monthly rewards as well.

Here’s the list of legends that have been added:

  • Sammy Sosa – Right fielder who played primarily with the Chicago Cubs and has been regarded as one of the best hitters of all time due to being one of nine players in MLB history to hit 600 career home runs.
  • Roy Halladay – Nicknamed “Doc,” Halladay dominated as a pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies, leading the league in complete games seven times.
  • Iván Rodríguez – Widely regarded as one of the greatest catchers in MLB history, “Pudge” has recorded 2,844 hits in his career, the most of any catcher in MLB history, and won the 2003 World Series with the Florida Marlins.
  • Warren Spahn – Left-handed catcher who played from 1942-1965, most notably for the Boston Braves, and at the time of his retirement in 1965 held the record for career strikeouts by a left-handed pitcher.
