MLB The Show 20 Diamond Dynasty: Breakout Ty Cobb in Headliners Set 5

Headliners Set 5 Ty Cobb now replaces Postseason Johnny Bench in the Headliners packs. Breakout Ty Cobb is a 91 overall and has the plus-plus contact you have come to expect from all Cobb cards. He is now the top-rated RF you can get in the Diamond Dynasty community market, though something tells me people are still going to like Cody Bellinger over this card — call me crazy, I know.

Cobb also has plenty of speed, and so while his fielding is nothing amazing, he should be able to work in all three outfield spots. He’ll be a pain to get to swing and miss on top of that, and the power isn’t so bad he can’t still pull one out. All in all, if you can handle swinging with Cobb, this should be a great little card.

The odds on the Headliners packs remain the same as always, so good luck if you try getting him in packs as you’ll have a 1:10 chance at a diamond, albeit that diamond might not be Cobb.
