MLB The Show 24 Patch Addresses Some Issues, Adds More Player Likeness Updates

MLB The Show 24 recently released patch #17 fixing a bug where the circle change received a perfect result without accurate pinpoint input. Switch pitchers now have the correct break when pitching left-handed and jersey numbers now display correctly on the front of custom jerseys when using “Font 2.” Check out the patch notes below and let us know what you’re seeing.

According to Baseball Purist the patch also includes likeness updates for newly drafted / first or second year players, with some receiving proper face scans.

  • Fixed a bug where the circle change would be rewarded with a perfect result without the correct pinpoint input. 

ROAD TO THE SHOW

  • Fixed an issue where some users lost the ability to select which team they wanted to be drafted to. 

STADIUM CREATOR

  • Fixed an issue preventing the user from viewing the Search By Tags menu
