Following the opening of digital pre-orders, Milestone and Feld Motor Sports have revealed the post-launch plans for Monster Jam Showdown. New content scheduled for release over the next eight months will sustain the full-throttle action, providing extra entertainment for players. A massive expansion and a mix of free and premium DLCs will introduce 26 additional trucks with paint jobs from different eras, a new environment set in the Hawaiian wilderness with six tracks, an additional arena for showcasing skills, and an XP boost multiplier to level up all trucks’ skills faster. To maximize the gaming experience, a Season Pass will grant players access to all premium packages from day one.
From iconic trucks that have made Monster Jam history, such as Monster Mutt Retro and Captain’s Curse, to fan favorites from the Monster Jam toy world like Fuel Academy and Double Decker, players will be able to get behind the wheels of their favorite beasts with a full roster totaling 66 trucks.
Monster Jam Showdown will officially release on August 29 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC via Epic Games Store and Steam with Steam Early Access releasing on August 26.
