LEADERS OFF THE COURT: Two of the NBA 2K League’s most respected head coaches – Derric Franklin for Miami and Ivan Curtiss for Brooklyn – will match wits when NetsGC visits Heat Check Gaming on Friday, June 21 at 8 p.m. ET. Curtiss served in the U.S. Navy and after honorable discharge, he found his dream playing NBA 2K and became one of the most prominent figures in the 2K community. Franklin spent eight years in the U.S. Army and served two tours overseas. After leaving the army, he also discovered his love for NBA 2K and became a pillar in the community. Last November, Franklin was honored at a ceremony in Miami where he met Heat President and Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame inductee Pat Riley.

PLAYOFF PUSH: With four regular-season weeks left, NBA 2K League teams have set their eyes on the 2019 NBA 2K League Playoffs, which tip off Wednesday, July 24 at the NBA 2K League Studio Powered by Intel in Long Island City, New York.
