I had to do a double take today because I didn’t think 2K would be releasing this particular batch of cards today. However, we do get four limited-time Moments cards, including pink diamond Brandon Ingram. I call these “limited time” because it seems like as of now they’re only going to be available for two days. We’ll see if that remains the case, but either way, here are the four cards.
Limited-Time MyTeam Moments – Brandon Ingram
Quick Analysis: Ingram gets HOF Pogo Stick and Quick First Step to go with some solid all-around outside shooting. He doesn’t strike me as a crazy pink diamond due to the badge mix.
Limited-Time MyTeam Moments – Donovan Mitchell
Quick Analysis: Mitchell gets HOF Quick First step as well, and he has a very repeatable jump shot. He retains the PG/SG status here, which boosts his value since at 6-foot-3 it’s much more palatable to play him at PG.
Limited-Time MyTeam Moments – Marcus Smart
Quick Analysis: At first glance, Smart might be the best option. He has HOF Clamps and Intimidator, and he’s got plenty of solid shooting badges. I also like his jumper so I hope this turns into a “budget” diamond of sorts.
Limited-Time MyTeam Moments – Domantas Sabonis
Quick Analysis: Sabonis will be a good post player at power forward, and his shooting got a nice boost here. He doesn’t look like anything too crazy for an amethyst, but it’s a usable card.
If you want to take a closer look at these cards, 2KMTCentral is usually my go-to, but they have not updated their site as of yet. In the meantime, you can check out MTDB for a look at these cards. I would like to review these four cards because they all look somewhat interesting, but I will have to see if I can fit it into my schedule during the next 24 hours.
