We just got the Moments of the Week yesterday, but Shai Gilgeous-Alexander coming through with a 20-20-10 line means we get one more card today. Yes, we get a MyTeam Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Moments pink diamond card.
MyTeam Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Moments Pink Diamond Card Analysis
Shai was a very popular card to use even before this update due to a Moments of the Week 10 diamond card, and a Moments of the Week 1 amethyst card. Both were in rotation for many people, but I don’t think this card will be worth the upgrade for now. He does not get Rebound Chaser. He does get 5 extra HOF badges over the diamond Moments card, so if you love using him, there is that. However, I don’t think this card changes the way he really plays already.
He gets improved rebounding stats, somewhat better shooting, but he just does not get the upgraded badges I would want to see. He does not get to HOF Quick Draw, Range Extender or Clamps. And, again, with no Rebound Chaser badge the improved rebounding is somewhat moot.
All that being said, he remains tall, has a great release and is a very meta player overall. I just think you can avoid this version and go for a cheaper option for now.
