NBA 2K20 game update 1.10 is available now. It includes hair updates, reduced button latency when playing Pro-Am games and a few other things. Patch notes for NBA 2K20 haven’t been as detailed as they have been in previous games, but judging by responses here and on the Twitter-verse, behind the back dribble cheese has been nerfed, so that’s definitely a plus.
