Instead, you have to mostly earn the clubs you unlock, which can be a time-consuming process that takes a solid amount of time and effort. Fortunately, there are a few different ways you can go about unlocking new clubs in PGA Tour 2K25. While all of them either take time or money, here are the ways to unlock new clubs. We’ll list the methods in no particular order.

How To Get New Clubs In PGA Tour 2k25

PGA Tour Superstore

The first and most clear-cut way to acquire some new clubs in PGA Tour 2K25 is through the Superstore. This is the shop in 2K25, where you can spend VC or real money to obtain all sorts of gear and items for your account. Naturally, one of the big money-makers in the store is clubs and club sets.

As with everything in the Superstore, new clubs will cost you varying amounts of VC, depending on the club type and how many clubs are on sale. You can use the VC you earn in-game or purchase VC in the store. Typically, a single new club will run you roughly 440 VC. You can visit the Superstore and specify the type of club you’re looking for to see everything on sale. You can also buy an entire set, which is usually on the store’s front page. If you don’t like the current clubs, you can wait for a few days, and the store usually resets to offer new items to purchase.

Complete Quests

The most time-consuming way to acquire new clubs in 2K25 is by completing quests in MyCareer. Quests are common objectives that you can complete as you progress with your golfer in MyCareer, and every time you finish one, you earn a new reward. The rewards can be based on how well you performed in the quest, and if you perform extremely well, you can sometimes be rewarded with a new club.

Of course, this is by no means a fool-proof method of acquiring clubs, as quests offer different rewards for every player. So just because a friend of yours received a new club from a specific quest doesn’t mean you’ll have the same luck, or vice versa. However, quests are good to complete without receiving a club in exchange, as they offer other rewards that can help boost your account.

Clubhouse Pass

The next way to unlock clubs is likely where most of your premium clubs have come from in PGA Tour 2K25. The Clubhouse Pass is a content stream of rewards you progress as you play and earn XP. There’s a standard version of the pass and a premium version, with the latter costing more money but offering more rewards in exchange.

You can unlock several clubs on the Clubhouse Pass by reaching specific tiers. The tiers are leveled up by gaining more XP, but some aren’t available to unlock for you if you didn’t purchase the premium version of the pass. This includes the tier 100 Driver on the Clubhouse Pass, the ST-G 440 Limited Edition driver from Mizuno. While it looks great, as do the other handful of clubs you can acquire from the Clubhouse Pass tiers, it’s up to you to decide whether the premium version is worth it.

Sponsor Rewards

The final way to unlock new clubs in PGA Tour 2K25 is through the Sponsor system in MyCareer. During a playthrough in MyCareer, you’ll select a specific sponsor by accepting a contract. When you choose a sponsor, you’ll unlock a Sponsor Pass that features 10 tiers of rewards, all of which are associated in some way with that sponsor. As you might expect, some of those rewards are new clubs, and you’ll usually be able to unlock new ones by reaching the upper tiers of the pass. However, not all sponsors offer free clubs through their Sponsor Pass, so you’ll want to pick sponsors that give you clubs in exchange for going through the tiers.

You can unlock new tiers of the Sponsor Pass by completing events in MyCareer while wearing the sponsor’s gear. The more events you play and perform well in, the more XP you get for the Sponsor Pass and the quicker you run through all the tiers. Fortunately, you’re not limited to one sponsor for the entirety of your MyCareer playthrough, so if you pick one that doesn’t offer free clubs, you can always swap to a new sponsor when the opportunity arises.
