Ranking Every Upcoming DLC Pack for WWE 2K25

¡Cero Miedo!

As is custom at this point, WWE 2K25 won’t only contain the hundreds of wrestlers available at launch. Several other wrestlers will be released over time in individual DLC packs that players will have either by purchasing the Season Pass or the packs on a case-by-case basis.

A total of five DLC packs have been announced for release at various points this year. But which ones provide the best value or feature the best content? Here is every upcoming DLC pack for WWE 2K25, ranked.

Before we get into it, I’d like to give our readers a friendly reminder that this is only my opinion. And if you disagree, feel free to let me know in the comments. For now, let’s get to it.

Every Upcoming DLC Pack For WWE 2K25, Ranked

New Wave Pack

Release: May 2025

Inclusions: Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, TBA celebrity guest

By far the most exciting piece of upcoming DLC content, in my opinion, is the first one: The New Wave Pack. Containing NXT stars Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer, as well as the Motor City Machine Guns, this pack will not only push your NXT women’s division to the next level, but will also give your tag team division on the main roster a huge shot in the arm as well.

Giulia and Vaquer were both massive international signings for WWE last summer. Upon her debut, Giulia was immediately thrown into the chase for the NXT Women’s Championship against Roxanne Perez. Vaquer also made a splash in her debut, becoming a third wheel to the Giulia-Roxanne rivalry before eventually capturing the Women’s North American Championship. Vaquer would eventually challenge Giulia for the NXT Women’s Championship and would win, becoming a double-champ.

As far as Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin — the Motor City Machine Guns — are concerned, they’ve been tearing it up since making their debut as well, even holding the WWE Tag Team Championships for a brief period.

I don’t care who the celebrity guest is in the New Wave Pack. Just these four Superstars alone make the pack worth it.

Fearless Pack

Release: July 2025

Inclusions: New Jack, Jordynne Grace, Penta, Bull Nakano, TBA celebrity guest

If you had told me a few years ago that New Jack would be featured in a WWE video game, I likely would’ve laughed you out of whatever dive bar we were hanging out in. But, I would’ve been so wrong as the Natural Born Killa himself will be included as part of the Fearless Pack this July. And despite him being one of pro wrestling’s most controversial and polarizing figures, I’ll admit: New Jack is one of my favorites. So seeing him in the game is super exciting.

Beyond New Jack’s surprising inclusion, new stars Penta and Jordynne Grace will also be featured as part of the Fearless Pack with the former being the headliner. Since leaving rival promotion AEW and joining WWE in January, Penta has already become one of the hottest stars on the roster. Jordynne Grace, formerly a TNA Knockouts Champion, also made headlines when she transitioned from TNA to WWE in February. She has since become one of NXT’s top stars.

Dunk & Destruction Pack

Release: June 2025

Inclusions: Abyss, Great Khali, three NBA stars TBA

Overall, this pack doesn’t mean much to me. I was never a Great Khali fan, nor am I big on any crossover stars being featured. That said, I cannot gloss over just how cool it is to see former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion and TNA star Abyss being in a WWE video game.

Abyss — whose real name is Chris Parks — never wrestled for WWE and was instead a mainstay on TNA/Impact Wrestling throughout the 2000s and 2010s. Since leaving TNA, Parks has been a backstage producer for WWE and is said to be one of Triple H’s most trusted guys when it comes to putting high-profile matches together. Since Abyss was a TNA innovation, seeing him in a WWE game and being able to book him in feuds in Universe Mode is such a delicious prospect and one I’m very much looking forward to.

Attitude Era Superstars Pack

Release: September 2025

Inclusions: D’Lo Brown, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, Victoria, Mark Henry

I enjoy the Attitude Era stuff as much as the next guy. Heck, the Attitude Era was my first exposure to wrestling as a kid. That said, I’m kinda over it now. WWE has already milked the Attitude Era and the Monday Night Wars to death at this point, and I don’t really need to see any more of it.

That isn’t to say that I won’t enjoy some of these inclusions (I’m a huge fan of Mark Henry) won’t be good. But if I hadn’t already paid for the Season Pass and were buying each of these DLC packs on a pack-to-pack basis, then this is one I likely wouldn’t be too inclined to pay for.

Saturday Night’s Main Event Pack

Release: November 2025

Inclusions: Jesse Ventura, Paul Orndorff, Tito Santana, Junkyard Dog, Sid Justice

Just like the Attitude Era, I’m over the WWE classics. Again, and I can’t stress this enough, that isn’t to say that I don’t care for the stars of yesteryear or pro wrestling history. In fact, I love pro wrestling history and feel that a ton of knowledge can be gained by watching pro wrestling from the old days. But when it comes to video games and creating my own contained fictional universe, I am way more invested in the stars of today and tomorrow.

I can totally see why so many would love a pack like this or the Attitude Era Pack. Me personally? I can do without it. But that’s the beauty of DLC, right?
