September 11th MLB The Show 20 Roster Update: Machado, Betts, Trea Turner, deGrom All Got Boosts

The September 11th MLB The Show 20 roster update included some changes to Mike Trout and some boosts to Jacob deGrom, Mookie Betts, Manny Machado and Trea Turner. We also had some continuing upward movement for Yu Darvish, Trevor Bauer, Jose Abreu and Aaron Nola. Lastly, we got some familiar faces returning to diamond status, including Paul Goldschmidt.

Going Up

  • Four new diamonds this week with Goldschmidt, Liam Hendriks, Marcell Ozuna and Seth Lugo.
  • Machado, deGrom, Betts, Turner, Freeman, Darvish, Bauer, Abreu, Nola all got boosts but were already diamonds.
  • The +3 overall boosts for Bauer, Abreu and Darvish are the biggest changes in the diamond tier.

Going Down

  • Arenado, Harper, Bellinger, Lynn, Realmuto all took hits this week but remained diamonds.
  • Whit Merrifield and Ketel Marte both dropped from diamond to gold this week.

Going Up

  • Jake Cronenworth, Wil Myers, Marco Gonzales, Rhys Hoskins Brandon Belt, Michael Brantley, Zack Plesac, Adam Duvall, Tony Gonsolin and Lourdes Gurriel Jr. all became golds this week.
  • Lamet, Cruz, Gallen, Conforto, Bundy, Robert, McNeil and Seager all went up but were already golds.

Going Down

  • Patrick Corbin, Carlos Santana and Yoan Moncada dropped to silver this week.
