The closed beta is scheduled to launch within the next two weeks, as a series of closed tests on Xbox One. All players interested in being selected to play in the closed beta, can sign up here.

NOTE: The closed beta will only be available in the U.S. and Canada.

During the multi-week closed beta timeframe, selected players will experience Super Mega Baseball 2’s reworked presentation in select modes of play. The initial tests are expected to feature Exhibition and Pennant Race modes.

“We’ve tackled an ambitious feature set on Super Mega Baseball 2 and view this Closed Beta as a way to make sure the game and its online systems are ready to party on launch day,” said Metalhead Co-Founder Scott Drader. “We expect we’ll get plenty of fantastic feedback that will help us polish and balance the experience on the way to the launch of the full game.”
