The NBA recently revealed some of the NBA City Edition uniforms and NBA 2K19 has added most of them. The following teams have their NBA City Edition uniforms in the game.

- Charlotte Hornets (Added on 11-6)
- Milwaukee Bucks (Added on 11-6)
Unfortunately, if you want to see these in your previously created rosters, leagues and modes, you will need to start over.
