The Run: Got Next Announced with Trailer, Screenshots and Some Features

Play by Play Studios has announced their very first game, The Run: Got Next. This fast-paced, 3v3 PvP basketball game celebrates street hoops culture worldwide. Players can compete solo online or team up with friends to stack wins and become the G.O.A.T. Check out the hand painted, cell shaded trailer, screenshots and some of the features below. The Run: Got Next is scheduled to release in 2025 for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Fans can wishlist it on Steam now.

The Run Got Next

The Run is the debut game from Play by Play Studios, a team of seasoned developers united by their passion for games and love of sports. Founded by Scott Probst, former GM of Visceral Games (Dead Space, Battlefield, Star Wars), the team includes Mike Young, Creative Director (NBA Street, Madden), and Terry Smith, Art Director (God of War, The Sims). Their goal is to create unique sports games that bring people together, offering instant fun with hand-crafted characters and worlds.
