Steel City Interactive has launched sign ups for their Undisputed Playtest on Steam, featuring a version of the game with improved punch accuracy and updated blocking mechanics. Players are encouraged to join the playtest over the weekend to evaluate whether these changes feel more fair, consistent and balanced.
To join the playtest, you need to own Undisputed on Steam and have it installed. The playtest runs until Monday, 20 January at 12 PM GMT. Playtesting opportunities on consoles are more limited, but any fixes will be included in a game update for consoles at the same time they are officially released on Steam.
The team has also resolved the following online issues in the playtest build:
- Round 8 not being scored by judges in fights.
- Players losing SP despite winning a fight.
- Players not receiving a win when their opponent quits.
The goal is to include as many participants as possible, but not everyone will be granted access to the playtest. Be sure to sign up for a chance to participate. Players who are granted access are welcome to stream and create content based on the playtest version.
