WWE 2K25 Soundtrack Revealed

KNOCKED LOOSE!

A game’s soundtrack is a huge component to its success. Sure, we all agree that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 is a certified classic, but how iconic would it be if it didn’t help shape its player base’s tastes with its excellent soundtrack? WWE 2K25 has officially announced its soundtrack ahead of its March 14 release date. And honestly, there’s some bangers here.

As a proud metal and hardcore guy myself, seeing bands like Knocked Loose, Spiritbox, Architects, and even Babymetal on here is great (Babymetal is wickedly catchy and one of the best metal acts going, and I’m not accepting any disagreements). Choosing “Suffocate” by Knocked Loose specifically was all but ensured because not only was You Won’t Go Before You’re Supposed To one of the best albums of last year, but “Suffocate” (which features pop-metal crossover artist Poppy) has an awesome reggaeton-inspired breakdown that must be heard to be believed!

I’m also stoked on stuff from artists like Denzel Curry, Eminem, and House of Protection on here. For any who aren’t in the know, House of Protection consists of guitarist Stephen Harrison and drummer Aric Improta, who last played with Fever 333. I’m a fan of each of their individual works of the past (Harrison used to be in The Chariot, and Improta was in Night Versus),so seeing them on such a big game has teenaged me all too excited.

So yeah, even if the game is crap and not what I hope for it to be, at least the music will be cool!
