Your EA Sports College Football 25 Dynasty Mode Coaching Plan and Backstory

One of the most exciting aspects about the return of EA Sports College Football 25 is that we’ll have a new college football game that people can get creative with all over again. This has lead to a topic about what your coaching plan and backstory are going to be when the game comes out.

In EA Sports College Football 25, you’ll be able to be a coordinator or head coach in dynasty mode, but this topic is more about what your style is going to be and also what your “character” will be. This is especially important for those who are planning to do dynasty write-ups. A couple eager members have already started their threads in anticipation of release, but this is more about getting inspiration or just sharing your silly ideas ahead of time.

OS user DynastyDaddy started the thread, and that name tracks for the topic at hand. And I got to say, OS has not disappointed so far with their ideas. OS user GoDucks1224 comes off the top rope to kick off the thread with Smokin’ Jay Cutler.

Vanderbilt decides to invest a little more in their football program, and need a flashy new hire at head coach to finally right the ship that’s been sinking for 70 years. In comes Jay Cutler, a couple years off a divorce, tired of seeing his ex wife on TV, bored of failing to seduce coeds at local Nashville clubs night after night with his dad bod, he needs a new purpose. He’s finally found it. Taking his Alma mater to the promised land (or at least a bowl game). He won’t be caught dead without a pack of smokes and a flask of Jack on the sideline of every game, but through sheer force of will and pent up frustration, he will lead the Dores to greatness. Or maybe a bar crawl.. I dunno yet.

Now, what exactly will Cutler’s coaching philosophy be? Who cares, I’m in. The intrigue continues with a simple one from OS user Brandon8719.

I have one going already, but I would love to bring the illegitimate son of Mike Ditka to coach the University of Illinois.

Why is Mike Ditka hiding from this particular sired kid, who knows!? It doesn’t just have to be about wild stories either, you can create a new universe of sorts. OS user TarHeelPhenom is thinking about a new super conference, with a twist.

The Group of Five Conferences have decided to break away from any involvement with the PS5 conferences and form their own alliance. 32 teams have been selected for this new alliance and Georgia Southern is one of those teams. They’ve reached out to me to lead them on this new journey. They thanked Clay Helton for all of his hard work, but he stayed too far away from what has made Georgia Southern who they’ve been in the past when they were an FCS powerhouse. They look at what happened to Nebraska and what happens when a program loses its culture and identity. They haven’t rebounded since. So, they’ve given me the task to get them back to their roots. I look forward to it.

OS user illwill10 will be rocking Team Builder as another avenue to pursue college greatness.

After a storied 4 year Road to Glory career as a CB and NFL career cut short by injuries, I get the call from a past HC telling me that there is a brand new school called the Boca Rotan Sharks that is interested in me being the first HC. He always believed I could be a good coach one day and he would only take the job if I be his DC. I was reluctant because I want to see if I could get back in the NFL, but I decide to give it a try. After a few seasons as a DC, I fall in love with the job and the fanbase that I decide I want to stay here and wait to be promoted and build this new school to a powerhouse

But no no, that’s way too normal, we return to the unhinged with OS user Collegefbfan.

Coach Ding L. Berry is going to return to the college game after a long 5 year layoff after getting fired from a top FBS level school. He could never quite get over the consistent 9-3 hump. So, he has blown through his not so great buyout. He has a lifelong friend at a lower FBS program that wants Coach Ding L. Berry to come in and establish “some success”.
RISE UP FANS AND SEE WHAT COACH DING L. BERRY WILL BE DROPPING!!!

This is our audience, folks. A beautiful thing. Please head to the thread and continue to share your plans because OSers and myself are getting a kick out of them.
